A high-performance XML parser component with advanced features for XMLHTTP, compression, encryption, and character encoding conversion. This is a non-validating XML parser that provides significant memory and speed improvements over validating parsers such as MSXML. It provides XMLHTTP support for communicating directly with HTTP servers, character encoding conversion for converting XML documents from any character encoding to any other, integration with Zip component to compress documents or parts within documents, and integration with encryption component to encrypt XML documents.
