Zip Compression Component

A Zip Compression ActiveX Component for all your data compression needs.

This component can zip and unzip files and entire directory trees. It supports the standard Zip file format used by WinZip and all other Zip utility programs. The following Zip compression features are provided:

Opening and creating standard password-protected Zip compression archives.
Unzipping directly to memory, and zipping directly from memory.
Direct access to the compressed data.
Adding and deleting files from an existing Zip file.
Create self-extracting EXEs using this component.
Create super-secure AES encrypted Zip files.
Embed Zip compressed data directly into an EXE for use at runtime.
Open Zip files that are already in-memory. A useful feature if Zip archives are stored in databases as BLOBs.
